Sow and Grow was developed in July 2008 to assist people who wanted to grow their own fruit and veges and get into gardening, but were really unsure as to where to start.

We have set up sow and grow to try and make it easier and inspire you with affordable and fun ideas.

Requests have come in for child sized tools and really good books, so please look at these sections, we can also help with education sessions, professional development and workshops.

Part of our keep it affordable aim is to encourage recycling and reuse, so as we come across products that can help with this we will be letting you know if you have joined our email database.
